Refund policy
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
We have a 20-day refund policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
In order to be approved for a refund, one of the following should have occurred:
Refunds will not be accepted if you simply change your mind. All our products are made to order and therefore no refunds will occur due to change of preference.
We will need images of the products to prove the damage that has occurred as well as proof of receipt for purchase.
If the above applies to you, please reach out to us via admin@cutclaycraft.com and we will ensure you receive feedback within 48 hours of your dispute.
Cut, Clay & Craft strive in providing excellent customer service and if your items are received damaged or faulty, we will be sure to assist you in any way possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)
Refunds can be provided if the items are proven to be faulty. Same conditions apply as per the domestic section.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT HAS NOT ARRIVED.
Sadly, at this point in shipping, it is out of our control, and you would have to get in contact with the shipping company to find out where the parcel was delivered. They might have hidden it so well; it could be on your roof. Your local postal service should be able to assist you with locating the package.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Please note that custom orders and water transfer sheets are non-refundable. If you do have any concerns or issues, please reach out to us and we can assist you where possible.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made out to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchasing from Cut, Clay & Craft.
Cut, Clay & Craft reserves the right to update our Refund Policy at any time without notice, so please be sure to review before your purchase.
